กฎเหล็ก 9 ข้อ ของนายกรัฐมนตรี

1. ให้ครม.น้อมนำพระบรมราโชวาทเป็นแนวทางในการปฏิบัติงาน โดยเฉพาะเรื่องการปฏิบัติงานให้เกิดความเรียบร้อยและเกิดความสุขในหมู่ประชาชน
2. ให้ยึดถือการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ด้วยความซื่อสัตย์สุจริตอย่างเคร่งครัด
3. นโยบายที่ครม.อนุมัติถือเป็นเป้าหมายหรือทิศทางร่วมกันเพื่อให้เกิดความเป็นเอกภาพ
4. ในภาวะวิกฤตการทำงานของรัฐบาลต้องเป็นไปด้วยความรวดเร็ว มีประสิทธิภาพ ต้องไม่เป็นรัฐบาลที่แบ่งพรรค
5. รัฐมนตรีทุกคนต้องเข้าร่วมประชุมสภาอย่างสม่ำเสมอ ต้องไปรับฟังความคิดเห็นของส.ส.และตอบกระทู้
6. ให้รัฐมนตรีทุกคนปฏิบัติตนโดยคำนึงถึงความรู้สึกของประชาชน พฤติกรรมใดๆ ซึ่งนำไปสู่ความไม่เชื่อมั่น ขอให้ระวังเป็นพิเศษ
7. ในรัฐบาลที่เชื่อมั่นวิถีทางประชาธิปไตยต้องเปิดโอกาสให้ประชาชนเข้ามามีส่วนร่วม
8. รัฐบาลชุดนี้ต้องพร้อมรับการตรวจสอบ ทั้งในเชิงนโยบายและเรื่องอื่นๆ
9. รัฐมนตรีทุกคนไม่มีสิทธิเหนือประชาชนคนอื่นในแง่การปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย
